Foliat Cottages date from Edwardian times as they were built in approximately 1902 in the lea of Wellow Park Wood. They are south-facing with pastoral views over the rolling Nottinghamshire countryside, with scarcely another house in sight!

Although peacefully hidden away on our farm, they are only two miles from the small town of Ollerton with full shopping facilities including an extended-hours supermarket, chemist, take-away food etc.

Completely renovated with all modern comforts, the accommodation for each cottage includes a sitting room, pine furnished dining room, fully equipped recently refurbished kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms to sleep six in comfort – one double and two twin-bedded rooms – as well as a bathroom and separate shower-room.

Each cottage has its own fully enclosed garden with patio area and garden furniture.
There is safe parking for up to three cars per cottage, and secure storage for bicycles etc. Both cottages are equipped to a high standard, and enjoy full central heating, which is included in the rental.
